Ok so tomorrow is my birthday BUT I've been celebrating since Friday with "YOU GUESSED IT" FOOD!!! Been so afraid to confront the scale so I have been avoiding it. I have still been working out but I don't think any of that matters I can feel the fat is back. So my game plan is I'm not going out for my birthday to eat. I am going to the Michael Jackson Immortal Tour Show so that should be enough. And I will continue to exercise like Ive been doing but eating waaayyyyyyyyy less to catch up . I've been succeeding this whole time then had a 4 day slip up! I'm not too mad. I did lose 39 pounds in 4 months with only 25 more to go. I'm proud. I'm human.... A proud human!!!

This week was hard for me. I've been sooooo hungry. But I managed to lose so I'm happy... Hopefully I can control my hunger this week

Im enjoying my weight loss journey soooo much. I started weight lifting today. Leg day is coming up... I'm a little terrified but excited. I hear I won't be able to walk the next day WISH ME LUCK!
