oeps weight up with all the nice treats /visitors in home
and I did not get round to take the oil /sugar mixture so UP my weight it went!
Anyway I KNOW the oil /suagr works for me so just got to fit it in the day... I'll be back with noting a weigh in when my pounds are dropping again.. I like my graph without the "UPS"..

I am suprised I lost weight after my choclate icecream last evening!

Oeps just did something .. defrosted the cholate icecream for 1 minute in the microwave for my daughter and started taking a couple.. well homestly alot of spoons myself. mmmm
Had my oil/sugar at 4 pm/ didnt eat much before (2 lattes, orange, slice watermelon, 3 cherries, can of lentil soup for lunch.. dinner : spinach salad, couple of chips, 1 and a half glass of white wine.. and then the chocolate ice cream,,,. oh yes some slices of cheese. Gosh when I am forced to think what I ate .. its more than I thought...anyway
I have alot to do this evening , tomorrow my sister is coming to visit for from Holland with her boyfriend 2 sons .last clean up now.
