worked my 12 hour shift then went to the gym...didn't do as much as I wanted but at least I got some exercise..not feeling to good.
tomorrow will be a better day!! goodnite all

Well yesterday I had a grilled chicken wrap at my work that contained grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, avocado and swiss cheese. I also had a side of Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce. According to some websites, I calculated that meal to be about 904 calories!! Is that correct or did I do something wrong?? Anyways, if anybody could help me out and let me know how many calories a wrap like that has? I am not eating one of those again until I found out for sure!! Thank you!!

Before I found this website I weighed myself on Wednesday and was 207. I bought a food journal and have been using that also. I never drank 8 glasses of water a day but I have been following that for the past 3 days. Since I've joined fatsecrets I find myself more motivated to be active and plan on getting back into bike riding this weekend. I hope I don't lose focus and go back to the way I use to be...
My workout at the gym last night was cut a little short due to getting a muscle cramp in my calf after 10 minutes of walking on the treadmill at a speed of 3.5 mph. Other than that I had an awesome workout and plan to do more weights tonight
