I have Hashimotos and since the first of the year I have done Calorie Counting, Low Carb/Keto and GoLo (lost .75 of a pound after one month😔, got a refund). I have been at 154-155 since the first of the year. Hoping that the Functional Medical person I just started working with will get me on the right track.

Just curious, does anyone on here eat LCHF or Keto? I tried GoLo for a month, followed their meal plans and program, didn't lose an ounce- too many carbs (especially when you haven't been eating many). They did refund my $.
