Day 30
What a thirty days it's been too! I had all intentions on writing in my journal yesterday, but got booted from my laptop by my 16 year old son. LOL
Finally was able to walk yesterday. It took a whole lot of effort and it was harder than when I first began. But I walked 45 minutes at a pace of 3 miles per hour. By the end I was feeling better, but tired for the right reasons, exercise.
Tomorrow's goal
Get back out in the gym/garage and push through!

Day 27
I think I've about kicked whatever bug I've had. I have not felt good all week. It's been impossible to workout and I've struggled to eat my RDI calories. I've been sleeping a whole lot, ached and pained and felt just yuck!
Malori's coming over tomorrow morning to workout with Pete & I in the garage. I haven't worked out in over a week, so it's going to be like starting all over again. But I have to get back to working out and back to eating properly. I plan on taking it slow and I'm so looking forward to feeling sore muscles because I worked out, not because of the flu!!

Day 25
Ugh.... what an awful day I've had. Flu? Sick? Allergy? Ick? Not sure what it is. I ache all over and have no energy whats so ever. To "hit the garage" not even possible. It was all I could do to get my daily chores accomplished today. I started to be mad at myself, but I know this isn't me being lazy or lack of commitment. I definitely have some sort of bug. I'm downing the water and hoping to feel better tomorrow. And I'm going to bed early!

Day 24
Well.... I did not hit the garage. Did not walk. Ugh! Yes I'm upset with myself for not pushing harder, but I must add that I really did not feel good today. My morning began with a migraine, the afternoon just exhaustion and tonight with not an ounce of strength for much of anything. There is nothing wrong with my appetite today! After I shook off the migraine I have been eat-eat-eating!
This is a good thing I was starting to fall back into my old ways of skipping food.
So I will add it again.
Tomorrow's Goal
I need to hit the garage and walk walk walk!
And if I do not follow through tomorrow, I need someone to give me rap on the back of my head (NCIS Gibbs style) Any volunteers? LOL
