How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Once a day, I truly enjoy seeing that pound shed every 3 days, it keeps me motivate & inspired to continue with my journey. AND like maddkate said, it keeps me honest!

Correctly calculating my RDI

Hi Protein mini meal
I need ideas for a high protein mini meal. I eat 5 mini meals a day, every two hours, but lack protein. HELP please!!!??? My mini meals consist of no more than 150 calories. p.s. my 6th meal is a sensible dinner.
