So I have not gone to the gym since February. I practically gave up. My weight went up to 230lbs. I decided to concentrate on my diet as if this is off, it would sabotage any exercise I tried.
I ordered the hCG1234 drops from Walmart.

I don't know if it is the real HCG as in the HCG protocol that I have read about. It was pretty cheap so I decided to try it. I have been using it from Monday 11th April 2016. My start weight was 230 lbs.

I weighed in on Sunday 17th April 2016 and my weight was 220 lbs.

I weighed in this morning and I was 218 lbs.

I am eating about 1200 calories per day. So far I have eliminated Bread and sugar from my diet.

Eating mostly salads with meat for lunch and dinner and 2 boiled eggs and crackers for breakfast. With black coffee or tea and water. Also having a med apple and 10 almonds as snack.

So this is basically week 2. Wish me luck. My biggest challenge is eating healthy. So I don't know if it is mind over matter but so far the drops have been helping me to deal with my hunger. I don't feel hungry, until late evenings and by that time I am able to prepare my dinner.

My goal is to get down to 200lbs by the end of May 2016.

From there, I will resume the gym. As my heels hurt a lot with less weight, I can walk without as much pain.
