New month, new beginning. i feel like it's time to do this for me:). I told all my fb friends on what I am embarking on. I am hoping this will keep the pressure on and prevent me from making excuses. I did a 4.5km brisk walk and have eaten healthy all day. I hope I will be able to keep it up. Here is to the end of the day:)), day 1 yay...
