January 20th 2014,
Today I called in sick to co-op after throwing up multiple times in the morning. I went back to bed and slept till 11 (being woken up repeatedly by the phone). I ate toast when I woke up and then when my sister came home she made soup for her and I.

Sunday January 19,
Today I am starting my "diet" again. When I say diet I mean my health and weight management. I am going to continue my daily exercise (which is co-op at Home Depot 8-5) and start to lower my salt, sugar, and fat intake. The 30th is the last day of my co-op so beginning in February I will have to find a new source of exercise unless I am hired by Home Depot. My goal weight for now is 70 kg (155lbs) by June 30th.
