day 2 and bad for me.. going back to the special k diet, but I will not quit...WII Fitness was a little hard tonight. Everything was bad. We will do the last 3 weeks on the advance stage for every group

my 1st day was good, so glade I found this site, each day I will start making the 15 min walk to my job instead of taking the shuttle bus. It's a 15 min walk that will help me on my journey.
I AM WORKING ON HOW TO ADD MY BUDDY REQUEST, IT'S NOT WORKING

House cleaning time, that should burn some calories. I know it's a lazy cold day, but I will stay focus and busy. Didn't cook nothing sweet today...Yeah me!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! My 1st weight in for the year looking good already by the WII:
BMI: 41.62
Weight: 249.8
WII AGE: 55
need to work on that age due to I am only 51. I have the WII goal set for every 2 weeks.
LET THE CHALLENGE BEGIN!!

Day 1 of my journey will start on January 1, 2013. My 1st 5lbs diet will be a Doyle Shake, Tuna and Salad plenty of water and fruit. More food will be added after each 5lbs.
After each 5lbs, I will treat myself a gift. Looking forward to a BODY WRAP at the Spa.
