Hello sweeties,

Just wanted you to know that I am super exhausted. Todays workout was really intense...my legs are slimming down and I am beginning to finally see those quads and hamstrings poke out! YES!!! :) I am super happy about that. My glutes are also becoming more defined and firm! I am super happy. I burned 1,600 calories today. Tomorrow is going to mark the beginning of the second rotation of my routines. OMG, Sunday is another weigh in. Wow! Isn't it crazy how these weeks fly by? Goodness. Well, the goal is to at least have lost 2 lbs this week. Why so low? Well, because I have to stay realistic. I realize that I lost so much earlier because my eating habits before were horrible, so of course as soon as I start living a healthy lifestyle weight is going to start dropping pretty fast. As time continues, I believe you have to push yourself even harder to get those same weight loss results. Sooo I am hoping for at least 2 lbs lost this week (keeping fingers crossed for more) =) Until tomorrow sweeties, please stay motivated and inspired. Also keep in mind once again that ALL OF OUR HARD WORK WILL PAY OFF!

Good afternoon,


I just completed my workout routine...all I can say is how proud I am of myself. I upped the amount of cardio by 10 minutes and let me tell you, I felt every SECOND of it! My legs were trembling today durning the bar squats and the machine leg press routines but I still managed to push through it. I am also starting to see more definition in my legs which is what motivated me to keep going. I can wait to see how my legs (and overall body) are looking 11 weeks from now! Today I managed to burn 1,633 calories and IT WAS NOT EASY AT ALL!

Tomorrow is going I'm going to continue the momentum with an upper body day which ALWAYS beats my muscles up but I always appreciate it afterwards. So yes that's the goal, followed by and hour and ten minutes of cardio...yay! lol. Well until tomorrow please stay motivated and inspired! Trust me, all the work that you put in, will pay off!

GOOD MORNING SWEETIES!!!!!!!!

I am ecstatic! I was so nervous for today because today is weigh-in day. I didn't know how much I was going to lose and how I was going to measure up to the standards that were set for me. Let me just tell you that I surpassed those standards, weighing in at 138.0 lbs! Can you believe it??? I stepped on that scale 10 times before I saved those numbers on the screen. It feels so amazing to know that all of my hard work and discipline is paying off. The great thing about this scale that I have is that it not only measures your weight, but also your body fat percentage, bone mass, and the amount of water you have in your body. With that being said, I have 5.32 lbs of water in my body (I drink more than a gallon a day), and my body fat percentage dropped from 28 to 25%. Whoa. I am feeling really good right now. It just means that I have to work that much harder tomorrow! Those legs are going to be burning because my motivation just got amped up to 1,000%!!!! Until tomorrow, stay motivated and inspired while knowing that IT can be done!

Good Evening sweeties,

Today was a relief. I reached my calorie goal and tomorrow is weigh in time and also my off day from the gym...I haven't quite figured out wether or not I want this to be an active rest day or an actual rest day...If it turns out being and actual rest day, than I would have burn 7,954 calories this week! So if that's the case (and all this that I burned is hopefully fat :))) ) than I will be at least 2 pounds lighter which will drop me down to 144!!! =) 2 pounds closer to my goal weight :) Than I would only have 20 more pounds to go...I can do this!

I am pretty nervous about tomorrow. Not only because it's a weigh in day, but also because of the fact that it's the rest days that are one of the most challenging days as far as staying on course with my diet is concerned...I have to plan I way to keep me occupied the entire day. It will be tough, but I just have to remember that I did not work my but off all this week to mess it up on my rest day. NOPE! Can't do it! Won't do it! Well sweeties, stay motivated and inspired!!!
