Yesterday
Again, no bike ride or walk last night thanks to the rain storm. Stupid rain!

Sleep
Bed last night: 1:00am. I didn't realize it was so late while we were watching The Biggest Loser on TV. I started getting ready then.
Wake: 9:00am
Sleep Quality: Very poor. I had trouble falling asleep because I didn't read (was trying to save time) and woke up multiple times due to the storm and unnecessary alarm clocks (Eric).
Feeling upon awakening: Tired. Wanted to go back to sleep.


This Morning
The plan was to bike to work with Eric this morning, however it was STILL raining and I didn't want to get caught in it biking there or back (of course the ONE shitty day was the day I was going to bike). Instead I got up at 9am (to counter the poor sleep a little) and did 14 minutes of yoga.

Today
Busy day today! When I get home I have to complete my Biggest Loser challenge on the Kinect, do some sit-ups for the 200 Sit Ups Challenge, grocery shop, and clean the whole house because my Daddy is coming to visit tomorrow. Yay!

Yesterday
I did not complete my bike ride last night. I asked hubby if he wanted to, and he did not. He would rather watch TV and I wanted to hit bed early, so I did not go. Bad excuse, I know.


Sleep
Bed last night: 12:45am. I was in my bed at 11:30pm as promised, read until midnight, then realized I should get up and brush my teeth, so I did that, washed my face... and then I was wide awake. So I started to read for a little while again to get tired, and before I knew it it was 12:42am. Then, to bed I went.
Wake: 7:30am
Sleep Quality: Good. I don't even remember hubby coming in.
Feeling upon awakening: I woke up at 7:30 on my own and felt pretty awake. I laid in bed telling myself to just get up, but knowing it was not enough sleep. I am wondering what I should do in those situations.. is it better to get up when you awake or try to fall back asleep to get the recommended 8 hours?

This Morning
I was proud of myself. I told myself I would get up at 8am and to a work out before work, and I did. I ate a healthy breakfast, turned on the Kinect, and did yoga for 11 minutes and my scheduled work out for another 13 minutes. I hope to do this every work day from now on, except Thursdays which I plan to bike to work from now on starting tomorrow. Coincidentally, my Lifestyle Task on the Biggest Loser Kinect was to bike somewhere you normally drive. It must have known.

Today
Working the long shift today (10:45am-8:30pm) so I plan to take 30-40min walk on my lunch break. I have a set path I usually walk so the timing all depends on my speed. Don't want to work out too hard on lunch since I can't shower after and don't want to go back to work sweaty, so I try to keep it to a short moderate paced walk.

Tonight
Would like to go on a walk with hubby and the pups. The pups haven't had a walk in a while because Eric & I have been biking instead of walking. New plan is to bike 3x a week and walk the other 4 so the dogs get 4+ walks week.

Yesterday: Did a Biggest Loser Kinect workout for 15 mins, did 60 sit-ups, and went on an 52min 7.3mi bike ride with hubby.


Sleep:
Bed last night: 12:30am
Wake: 9:00am
Sleep Quality: OK. Woke up around 4am to use the bathroom.
Feeling upon awakening: Ok. Not tired, but not ready to jump out of bed.

Earlier Today:
Didn't get to sleep at midnight like I had hoped. I think I fell asleep a little after 12, but it was kind of a blur to me. Tonight I'd like to be drinking my sleepy time tea by 11, in my bed my 11:30pm reading, and asleep by midnight. Tomorrow is my LONG day at work, so would like to be well rested for a 9½ hr day.

This morning I did a Biggest Loser workout. For whatever reason this morning is foggy to me and I have trouble remembering what I did. I know I did the free play for a while and it wasn't working well at all because the Kinect would not read my ball and kept making the screen jump. I think I did a full work out before that, but it's blending with yesterday. I'll have to check the game when I get home. I'm having trouble thinking today for some reason.

Tonight:
Hope to go on a short 30min bike ride with hubby tonight, after a quick run to the grocery store, make dinner and off to bed I go.

I am so proud I kept up with 4 out of 5 of my challenges this week!

Sleep:
Bed last night: 1:00am
Wake: 9:00am
Sleep Quality: OK
Feeling upon awakening: Still relatively sleepy

Setting my bed time at Midnight for the
Snooze To Lose challenge. Every night I get closer to acheiving that bed time. I plan to incorporate a nightime ritual of Sleepy Time Tea and reading for a half hour to help me get my body ready for bed.

Last Night I accomplished all my goals (well VERY close on the sleep one, so I will call it a success).

Today I have already walked for 2.1 miles in 35 mins. I walked to Target on my lunch to get some snacks since my measly lunch of 1 Boca Chik'n Patty and a bun wasn't cutting it. I picked up some strawberries and grapes that were on sale and a Bolthouse Farms Vanilla Chai and drank part of that as the rest of my lunch.

Tonight I plan to do another 30min+ bike ride with hubby and a Biggest Loser short workout if I can fit it in.
