I haven't been able to lose any weight lately. Having trouble getting under the 215lb mark. Will have to take a closer look at diet and exercise.

I fear sliding back into old very bad eating habits, like eating right up to the moment I go to bed at night. Even though I tell myself it's healthy snacking, the problem lies in the fact that when I wake in the morning I'm not hungry until noon, then the cycle starts all over again. Any suggestions,,,, thanks
