I am so happy 289.00 today. I want to believe it. I weighed 3 times to make to make sure sure my eyes weren't playing tricks on me. This is a very happy day for me I am taking it and not gonna question it. Reducing carbs is not easy but oh so worth it.
I wish everyone happiness today.

Just wanted to tell everyone on fs that I really appreciate all the honesty and knowledge put out there. I am learning a lot by reading every ones posts. I recently have reduced my intake of carbs and man I got to tell you,wicked bad headaches, hopefully they will subside soon. On the upside my scale is finally moving. Yippee! I wish everyone happiness and success on your journey to a healthy you. Thanks
