Haven't been exercising lately, because life has gotten busier. I do however stay active with my new boyfriend and we are eating mostly chicken which is outlined in my diet. My size 16s are fitting wonderfully and I do have more energy because of eating more proteins. I still crave sugars but I do not give in to them anymore. I do not punish myself for wanting sweets because it will make me eat more of it when I do give in to temptation. I can do better with exercising but all in all, I look amazing and this is definitely something that I will do long term for myself. Even though, I've had to have help with appetite suppressing, I am confident that it will be enough after the new year to maintain a good and acceptable weight of 195! Hopefully this goal will be reached before March of 2016 and then I can get on a weight management program with my doctor!
Good progress although, I can do better and I plan to do better in the coming weeks.

Thought I had reached my plateau on Monday, so I began to feel sad but then I remembered that I had already accomplished so much in just a few short weeks so, I began to feel better about my new dress size and decided that this week I will go and find some smaller jeans because I have lost 6 inches since May 2015, WOOHOO! So I think I will just be happy about my total weight loss of 22lbs! and go find a awesome pair of black jeans to wear to a nice dinner with my husband sometime soon(we are separated but good friends), I hope! I am however cutting back on the sugar in my coffee and saying not to even 2 cookies at work next week. No sense waking up the sweet demons when clearly they have been cast out! I am blogging more on FB about spirituality and it is helping with my depressive moods, which controls my emotional eating. Today began a new season of my journey into weight loss! I will buy some free weights at the Christian outreach if they have some and then I can begin working on toning my arms as well as my thighs with the stationery bike at the Rec dept next week, hopefully! But right now, I think I go up to the lake and seek higher, spiritual guidance as to my next step for August! To be continued...

Woke up this morning feeling wonderful!!!!! Yesterday, God was able to allow me to feel love and support from my former husband! I do not know what this means but I am confident that I can really succeed on this weight loss journey!!! Since Jan 2014, I have lost 31 lbs. Amazing feeling and now I need clothes!!So let's go shopping!!!!

I have been going through ups and downs in the past month since I started on the Doctor's Diet! I am down 13 lbs and I know that I look marvelous! My clothes don't even seem to be mine in the closet so I think it is safe to say that it is worth it. I do however have feelings of sadness and happiness and something else entirely when it comes to mood swings! I cry for no reason at all and I am somewhat depressed when no one wants to talk to me! There are some things going on in my life right now that makes it impossible for me to be happy, but I am confident that if I truly let go of them, God will make them all turn out for my good! Hopefully, a nice mile or two today will get my blood pumping and help my mood improve!
