Today, I started out OK. I had fallen backwards a little, but by the end of the day I think I came out OK. I ended up walking just about everywhere today, spending about 2 hours total of walking and only eating something this morning. The real test will come this weekend.

Another day... Yesterday was OK. I didn't over do it, however I did eat lunch, which was some long grain rice. Because I didn't eat last night, I had some breakfast this morning, nothing huge, just a scrambled egg, a few pieces of bacon (D Brian's Low Carb Special) and fresh fruit with water. I am ready to go for my walk this morning, since yesterday's didn't turn the way I had planned it, however, I did walk later that night, about 20-30 minutes. I have started to see my weight drop which is good, I just have to make sure I stay on top of it. I have a tendency to do well for a week and then fall off, which I am not trying to live out this time around.

I am very happy with yesterday. I stayed true to my commitment for Mission Week. When I got home though, I was very hungry. Hubby had some left over pizza from earlier waiting for me, so I ate that, however it was flat bread pizza, not the greasy stuff we normally eat. I also went to the park w/ Hubby & one of the minis and had fun running around. So, I ended up getting out for some more exercise.
This morning, I am a little groggy, but knowing that day 2 is usually difficult for me, so I am going to walk in faith that I am ablet to push through the difficult times to get through today.

This is my first day starting this. After having attended a great church service yesterday, which is Mission Week, I thought this would be a perfect time to start getting serious. I was also referred by my mnl, which is Mom2. So, far today I have walked for 45 mins. Would like to do another 30 mins, before the end of the day.
