I am feeling down about this journey. I know the thing I need to do I just have a hard time doing them alone. I want to be under 200 I am almost there and need to get on track!!!!

I feel like I am not doing so great I am down just a little!! Its so hard sometimes when I am tired and dont want to take the time to prepare my food too! I want a chef!! HAHAHAHAHAHA

Sometimes I feel discouraged I look at my body and feel like I havent changed but my clothes are smaller and i can move better! I am just gonna keep on doing what works for me NO SUGAR!!!
