I am not happy with the 10 - 12lb that I have somehow gained over the last 2 years. I haven't changed my eating habits or exercise routine and yet those pounds have been added. So, I come to this website to look for help! I run 3-4 days a week somewhere between 3-6 miles with a long run on the weekend. The days I am not running I bike and lift weights.
