I'm a mess. I have started running 6 months ago and I have kept with it. I am finally at a place that I love to exercise. My problem is with food. I love it and I am addicted to it. I want to eat when I am happy, bored, mad, whatever. Mostly junk food. I tend to be lazy when it comes to preparing healthy meals. Usually with healthy meals there is a lot of prep work. My diabetes and blood pressure are under control right now because of exercise. I am somewhat concerned because I had a kidney function test a little while ago that didn't go so well. I have to see a specialist next week about it. I figure she is going to want me to improve my diet and lose weight. I guess since I have the exercise down I should work on the food. I want a quick fix and I know that doesn't happen. I just want to feel hot and be full!!
