I am 41, and in pretty good shape. I watch my diet, and get most of my exercise from work.(banquet services) I also walk quite a bit. I walk to work, to the grocery store, etc. My biggest problem is that I like to drink alcohol (beer mostly, but I occasionally have a mixed drink). On my days off, I consume my daily limit of calories just in what I drink, not counting what I am eating on top of that. I am hoping that someone has a solution to my problem. I do not want to take any pills. I would like an eating program that might curb my desire to drink and become more healthy and happy
