Did my session with my PT, worked out hard. But got in the pool and did 40 laps in an hour.
A few days ago it was 30 laps in 1 hr 10 mins. Since Friday 100 laps, Tuesday a rest day and today 40 laps. It wasn't hard just got slower towards the end. The snorkel just makes all the difference to my breathing. Anyone with asthma and struggling in the pool, get a snorkel and noseclip. It works!

Just back from an hour training with my PT, followed by 30 laps in the pool.
A beautiful day here in Melbourne and it suits my mood.
