Well it’s been awhile since I’ve been on this platform and during my time away, I have tried others and have not done very well at all. I have somehow gained more weight and hit an all time high this morning. 161.7. On my 5’3” frame, that’s a lot! The weight comes on so slowly, 2lbs here, 3 lbs there. And before you know it, you’ve gained 10 more lbs!!! It’s hard to believe that I am 10 lbs heavier than I was 6 months ago. I am starting fresh today (again!). I will write here everyday and hold myself accountable. Menopause is kicking my ass with the slowed metabolism , weight gain and a whole list of other things but I won’t let it keep me down! Exercise and strength training is key for me I just can’t seem to get to gym. God help me, I need to also cut the wine every night! Wish Me luck!
