Day Six...and counting...
It has been a challenge. In the grand scheme of things, nine days does not seem long...however; when the only thing you're eating is fruits and vegetables, the tortue never ends. I am happy to say that I went to eat at a restaurant on Saturday, and besides being satisfied, it was very cost effective
I had big plans for the meal I wanted as I come off of this fast; but now I think I would be content with a piece of baked fish.
