I am an active severe asthmatic. Winter and fall are the worst times for me since I encounter great difficulties exercising outdoors (I run). Also during the same times of year, my job is very busy and I can easily spend 10-12 hours a day staring at a computer screen and barely moving otherwise.
I am easily unmotivated and would love a buddy that will keep me honest.
