So I've missed a few days of working out. I did however go to the gym last night and do 30 minutes on the treadmill as per my doctor's request. I didn't overdo it and didn't push myself (as much as I wanted to!!!!) My hip feels fine today so my next treadmill workout might be for 45 minutes, etc. etc. etc. I really want to run again. I was just beginning to get into it when I got hurt. In the meantime though my Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred DVD has really helped me I think. I'm pretty sure I can actually see some results, even after only doing the video 20 times and not continuously day after day. It truly is a great workout. I also just started doing "Insanity" by Shaun T.....now THAT is a workout haha. I might get back into that this weekend or after the cruise (we leave on the 27th so it is fast approaching).
