ohhhhh noooo!!! was soooo hungry and just ate for snack chicken lunch meat ... right before bed ... not too bad but I dont eat right before bed because I have gerd ... hope I sleep!

So, doing great still. But fought myself to stay OFF the scale and just relax and not obsess about "my number"; fight my head "am I still losing? What does it sayyyyyyyy!!!???" ... This is the tough part for me, the patience. "girl, you been putting it on and off for 17 years!!!" Its gonna take a minute! (ok maybe 2).
