Was really pleased with the progress, getting down to 10 stone 3 at my lightest but am afraid that the weight is starting to creep up again. Back on it with a vengeance. Have been good so far today.

Pleased at the progress. Could be losing weight quicker if could work in amore physical exercise, but this has proved difficult the past few weeks with work and Uni commitments.

Was good all last week but come Friday I had Dominoes for lunch in work and a Bethany for dinner. Not good at all. Wasn't the worst over the weekend and didn't drink alcohol at all on Saturday or Sunday. Can't even remember what I had for dinner on Saturday night but it was home cooked anyways and so was dinner on Sunday night (though it was duck.) Oh we had sausage casserole. The sausages were gristly and it has put me off them as Hull's were the only ones I actually like. Going to make Thai red curry tonight. Coconut milk is half fat and plenty of veg to bulk it out and that will mean I don't snack after dinner.

Massive fail today at lunchtime when the boss ordered Dominoes for everyone.
Out for drinks tonight as well.
This will be only cheat day. Will be angelic to the point it is ridiculous all the weekend.

I have really tried to improve my diet. No snacking after dinner this week. No buns for breakfast and only had a little cheat yesterday with dinner and a glass of wine. Will keep this up. Pleased with the results and feel less bloated and have had no stomach acid problems.
