I have had a really lazy couple of days (does sex, chasing a 2 yo around , a bit of shopping and some light housework count? lol) i took a pedometer to work the other day and it said i do approx 6km's but im still not losing any weight, i have really trued to cut out the carbs as i know they are a big issue for me, have been eating ALOT more fruit and have low fat yogurt as well pretty much daily, i will have tuna on crackers for lunch etc, i do splurge occasionally but nothing major. Where am i going wrong? i had a blood test last week & i get the results tomorrow - hoping its a thyroid thing as i am ALWAYS tired with irregular bursts of energy (there is a family history of hypothyroidism on my mums side) i know it is terrible to want something to be wrong, but at least i will have some answers and hopefully be able to get some medication to address the situation and speed up my metabolism............ if all the test come back within normal range i have no idea what i am going to do (short of starving myself - trouble is i love food to much so good luck to me with that one).

I have done the duromine thing, which worked wonders, but as soon as i stopped i packed on the kg's hard & fast, even though my stomach had shrunk and i tried to watch what i was eating...

Is there anyone else out there with the same probs???

I am concerned because the family history on my dad's side is obesity (big time) and i want to break the cycle.
