Hi, everybody!
I've been training for eight years now, but in the last year i lost the right way in my trainings.I lost about 3 kilos lean body mass.This has a negative effect to my at all.
I tried many diets and still i am searching the right one.One of my biggest mistake was to cut the amounts of carbs i consumed.And i think that all my troubles in the gym and with my body were provoked by that. I slowed down my metabolism and often starved,believing that will enhance the fat burning process.I am very active person.Most of the weeks i train six days,two times every single day.In the morning i do my cardio(aerobic training) and afternoon i train in the gym.
But i am still learning the nature of my body, the different effects of the food and training tips. I am keep going and don't want to give up. I love this world of sport and dieting and hope that here i will meet many friends who thinking like me.
