I am trying to get back to the same weight that I had 2 years ago (which means that I need to lose 7 kgs) within 3 months. My plan is very strict since I work out with my tough personal trainer 3 times a week and record every food item I have in my notebook. I will try to increase my exercise to 5 by mid of November but still cannot find the best available time yet.
I believe that having this website as another source for my calorie calculation would be more effective, including diets and exercise. Will discuss the results with my personal trainer for improvement.
