What I've really started to notice are two things:
When I'm paying close attention, about 85% of the time, I'm being very aware of what I put into my body and the caloric intake. i've started to create food entries based upon their values too which makes things more accurate.
The other thing I notice is that when I'm bad, I'm really bad. Wine, steak, rich foods, desserts are all tougher to avoid during a work related evening out. I'll have to be more diligent on that.
