A drop! I was worried about a gain due to eating the way I did during Christmas... well, nope! I actually seem to have pretty good weigh-ins after having a couple of high calorie days here and there. Maybe it keeps the metabolism guessing? Either way, no complaints! This makes 42 lbs lost in 3 months 😃😃😃

Such a great weigh-in! 32 lbs down so far! I'm nervous about the holidays, but even Thanksgiving resulted in a plateau week... so trying to be of good cheer. ☃️🌲🥂

Garden Quesadilla with Zucchini, Red Bell Peppers, Red Onions, Chiptle Mayo and Cheese. Fresh Pico De Gallo and Spring Mix. 343 Cals. Got to love low calorie tortillas!
