Weighed myself this morning and was shocked to see I have gained more lately...am at 182 lbs. I was pretty good for a bit using FatSecret on my Blackberry to keep track of calories and exercise but fell off of doing that. Thought I'd sign up online too, and see if that helps with the ease of being able to put things right into the computer. Definitely makes me more conscience of what I am taking in and what I'm burning. I sure want to get back to a decent weight. I feel so horrible about myself currently.
