Day 3 No running today. I’ll run tomorrow and Friday. I figure Wednesday will be a mini break of sorts. Felt pretty good during the workout but, was pretty tired when I woke up. I had a boiled egg and bacon for breakfast, I feel much better and not as hungry.

Well....it’s day 1 of the fitness/weight loss boot camp. I ran intervals on the treadmill and then class. I just had my protein bar and I’m feeling pretty good. The knee I injured still isn’t 100% but...it’s not going to stop me. I know I’m going to hit a wall in the next couple of days because of the diet but, I’m trying to mentally prepare myself.
