i know I'm underwegith. That's what everyone says, but i dont think so. I run 6 times a week, and I am very aware of what I dfo eat so i can maintain my current weight. I started my program in January 2009 at 210 lbs. Today, I run 5 miles a day, bike 5 miles every day, and weigh 130 - 135 lbs. I like who I am , i'm in control of myself, it's the one thing I have control over, my weight, and my exercise, and I like that. I need that. it is a balance I must have that shows me how to live my life in other areas of life.
