Well, I am really happy to see that the copious amount of excess I enjoyed this last week failed to show on the scales. It may show up next weight in so may have to work just a tad harder this week. I finished my first challenge this week and passed it, made me happy anyway. My mother would be proud god rest her soul. Okay time for my short walk, have a great day.

losing 2.6 lb a week

Went to see my neurologist today as I do every couple of months. In the procedure room he was looking through my charts and stuff when he looked up at me and said this "Mike you are loosing to much weight to quickly and you need to put a hold on it for a week." "You need to eat enough to slow down your losses." My jaw hit the ground, I would have never thought I would hear those words from a doctors mouth. Please keep in mind that he was looking at a weight from three months ago when I was at my heaviest 335 (weighed in at 313). I was over joyed and I even tried to do as doc said. I went to pizza hut for dinner (buffet night) and caught myself scrapping off the toppings. I ate till I was sick, looked down and seen I have scrapped only 6 tiny pieces, 1/2 salad, and three cinnamon sticks. I laughed, got up and left.

This weight in came as a huge surprise, I really thought I failed to loose anything. One time I am glad to be wrong.

Late entry: With the exception of pie and crackers I have done well although cheating is getting to easy. I really have to buckle down and get back to normal eating. I love the lifestyle change so far (minus the cheating)and I want to keep it up, I feel great!!!
Done a lot of busy work today running here and there I should be out cold but can not sleep. Tomorrow is a new day and if I am to accomplish the challenge I am on I must get back on track and soon.
