Weight loss Irritation
Awesome advice there! I agree with most of the ‘eat high proteins and low carb’ stuff. I am on the same food pattern with the Dukan diet weight loss diet plan. High protein is famous for accelerated weight loss and Dukan diet does that. Through the first two stages you will lose weight noticeably and thereafter see the lbs drop gradually. I prefer to cook most of my food at home and DD has made sure that I never go hungry and have tons of energy. I walk for almost 40 minutes a day and then return to my yoga for some belly reduction asanas. It’s de-stressing and makes me feel so much better about my body. Don’t give up on faith. Try this method of weight loss and I think you’ll be happy.

Moving on... Tipps for Dukan Consolidaton Phase needed!
Only a few pounds away from your true weight? That is great! My response to all your queries is a simple NO. However, I would also like to put your mind at ease about the switch from Cruise to Consolidation. My husband is on the Dukan diet and gained close to 1.5 lbs during this time but got back to his true weight by following the diet strictly. You need to understand that as the Cruise phase is ending, your body becomes like a calorie sponge and this may result in weight gain at this stage. However, the third stage is designed specially to help you make the transition from hard-core dieting to returning to normal eating habits. I suppose this makes Consolidation the most important phase of the Dukan diet easy weight loss program – that’s why you need to be extra careful. I suggest you stick to your personal plan and don’t introduce anything new, unless you check with the experts. Contact the Dukan diet team every time you have a doubt. You’re doing great so far so don’t let fear ruin this for you!

Dieting/Calorie Count
Oh I totally understand how you must feel! I have been through a couple of diets where I lost my mind just counting calories and not losing much weight. It gets so frustrating. I’ve started the Dukan weight loss diet recently and have lost close to 5 lbs in the first week!!  It feels great. The best is that there is absolutely no calorie counting. I can eat as much as I want from a list of 100 natural foods. Try it for yourself! Good Luck!

im trying to find a keen weightloss buddy. someone uber commited
I know I need the motivation, but weight loss buddies have never really worked for me, which is one reason I’ve been looking at personalized weight loss diet programs online. I can’t do diets that tell you to starve or restrict your food intake. Has anyone here tried the Dukan diet? They say it really works and you can eat all you want from the more than 100 foods listed in their diet plan. I’ve heard Kate Middleton used it to get in shape before her wedding. I thought I’d give it a shot!
