i started a new job a little while before starting this and i weighed 200lbs, since starting it i have gained close to 35lbs. I'm considering the option that i might be pregnant but that is highly unlikely. I think i am gaining due to the fact that i am now extremely inactive where as before i was in childcare and moving around a lot now i just sit at a desk all day. I tried to walk in the afternoons at night a couple itmes around my block but that didnt last long. Losing this "wprk weight" is going to be harder than i thought.

I'm a hard time accepting the weight loss of everyone around me and I would like to start slowly. Ive always just kind of maintained the same weight but i noticed recenlty (when i started working a desk job instead of my slightly more active job of school age child care giver) that ive gained like 20 lbs. My super goal would be gettting down to 150 but at this point id settle to get under 200 again. My main problem is huge meals. Plus I LOVE hamburgers and sweet tea. :( I'm hoping maybe I can follow the example of other and learn some portion control and healthier alternatives without having to give up to much of my favorite stuff.
