Today is my first day using fatsecret. I am doing this because my husband asked me to join him on this website. I am a personal trainer so I know about exercise and nutrition but that doesn't mean I do all the things I know I should do perfectly all the time! Weight has krept up on me over the past 4 years. From 140 pounds to 155. I am muscular and fit- love to exercise and eat healthy foods but weekends and vacations I tend to indulge ( like everyone) and the extra weight is harder to shake off at 47 than just a few years ago. So I know I need to stick to a diet for a while- get to my desired goal weight and than I can have a "cheat meal" or 2 and maintain140. I would fit better in some clothes that I love and not have this extra fat on my hips and belly. I am so proud of my hubby for sticking to his diet and losing weight! So, here I go- starting today!
