It's like I can't win. I'm either super-strict, have results, but am near tears because I just am SO TIRED of eating the SAME THINGS ALL THE TIME.... or I'm eating something else and not having any effects at all.

I've started a new diet in Oxygen Magazine's special "Off The Couch" issue. Started it two days ago and have already lost 4 pounds!!!! I'm completely over the moon about this. Must restrain myself from getting on the scale again for the next week.
The hardest part: no sugar, no salt, no red meat, no dairy. Mrs. Dash has become my new best friend!!!!!
