Well, the last few days have been kind of off. Yesterday especially. I had either the stomach flu or food poisoning. The Dr is not sure, but that put a damper on things. Was bad at recording food the last few days, but back on track today.

Well, yesterday was a bust and I just started this. I am feeling that guilty feeling and thinking to myself, "Well, I already blew it, I might as well just give up now." Well, going back to something my old Weight Watcher Leader Marcia said, "Everyone has a bad day. Don't give up, tomorrow is another day. Just get back on that horse." I think of it like AA, just because an alcoholic falls off the wagon I would never say, "Well, you failed go back to drinking yourself to death." The same it true with changing your eating habits. Just because you have 1 bad day don't give up. Just get up, dust yourself off and start over. We all make mistakes and no one is perfect. Even the Virgo perfectionist in me is not perfect. LOL
