I am 35 yrs old and have battled weight issues for the past 15 years. I have been on a non stop roller coaster and I am ready to make a change. I need a constant reminder and I am very happy that my friend introduced me to this program. I know it will be a hard long road but i want to be around for my family for many years and if I don't do something now I am affraid that something bad will happen. Let's Do This!!!
