Well.. it has been a while since i have logged in and weighed myself and whatnot... I am not sure exactly what happened... but the laziness in me kicked in! I have not followed my diet or exercised in who knows how long... I try to still eat low carb.. but honestly, I have been craving everything under the sun and just wanna eat whenever I am bored.

I think not being able to continue my Zumba got me down... every time I do it, my knee swells up and I can't do anything without pain... so instead of finding something else to do, I plopped my fat ass on the couch every night and did NOTHING!

Thankfully, I only gained 5 pounds.... it could have been worse... but I am not very happy with myself for it and I feel so damn bloated! I was so proud of myself for dropping two pants sizes and then that was it.. thankfully the new pants size still fits!

I decided not to fool myself by starting a diet now knowing that this weekend is a number of BBQ's... instead I am waiting until Tuesday to officially start again, but I do plan on watching myself with what I take in over the weekend.

I am trying a new app I read about.. not hopeful that it will work, but it was free so I figured it was worth the try.. its weight loss hypnosis... I listen to it when I am going to sleep.... and it does put me to sleep, but it has only been 3 days.. the reviews in the app store were good and many said it worked so I figured what the hell do I have to lose? They say it starts working after about 7 days.. so we will see... I feel crazy for even trying it, but ya never know!
