Dear Journal,
I haven't been eating as much as I need to but have managed to stick to the dietproducts (no cheating).
I feel great and hope I will continue the weightloss..
I also need to workout more but it was a busy week so i neglected on going to the gym and barely did the tiffany video's..
This week I will squeeze in some more tiffany rothe workouts (youtube).
Untill the next weigh in.

Dear Journal,
I'm on my fourth day of using the green coffee (1500 mg).
I can say it truely blocks out your cravings for snacks or even eating altogether. I'm aware that I haven't been eating right the past three days (almost nothing because I don't feel hungry)and I need to change that in order to keep my body healthy during and after the weightloss.
I'm going to start my own salad-diet today. It's a diet where I refrain from eating bread, rice, pasta or potatoes. I have kellogs special K cereal (the blue one) with milk for breakfast. Fruit and/or yoghurts for lunch (salad is also possible). Later on a special dinnersalad that I compose to my own liking's with lettuce,cucumber and tomato as main ingredients. Depending on what I have I might add corn or paprika. I love to make it with diced chicken breast. The chicken breast is made in all kinds of ways; spicey, fried, with different kinds of soysauce. I also use fish or steak and meatloaf to switch it up so I dont get bored with it.
In this diet I ate whatever I wanted actually except the bread, rice, pasta or potatoes and no sweets offcourse. At least it felt like I could eat whatever that's what made it very easy to maintain for the weightloss. No ''forbidden fruits'' to drive me crazy. I lost 20k in only 6 weeks last time. And gained it back over a period of 14 months.
How/ Why did I gain weight again after losing it so nicely? To be honest I got lost in my new appearance. I thought I was sexy and I knew it (lol) and stopped training and watching what I eat and how much of it.. And the weight just sneaks up on you because you don't really see yourself expanding when you think you're oh so sexy. You're smaller than before so it doesn't really matter anyway, right? WRONG! it does!
Getting in shape is hard but staying in shape is just as hard if not even harder.. This time I will keep that in mind.
Now I'm off to the supermarket.

I just needed to correct my weight.
I was 102 about 2 weeks ago.
