My husband and I started eating a keto diet almost 2 weeks ago. We always do better dieting when we do it as a team. Sometimes it's hard to get him on board with it. I recently hit ketosis and I feel great. I think I've dropped about 5 lbs. I do need to come up with some different recipes to keep food interesting.

Today I went to the gym. I walked a mile. I did about 65 wall twists with the medicine ball. Then I worked my thigh and butt out on my 2 fav machines. I saw myself in the mirror and was not happy with myself :(. Afterwards I went to the grocery store.I havent been following a strict diet, I have just been choosing better foods and trying to less. Hopefully I can make it to the gym tomorrow.
