Are too much that's true - this why no weight loss even some calories were spent. Today is my LOW day, I think I will do this a water day = fast day. Or better yet - dry fast day. Going to drink my last glass of water. Next one will be due tomorrow 8am.
And going for a run now.

I want to start an alternate day diet.
I am thinking I will be fasting every other day.
Dry fasting. (If I can't at least will do DOWN DAYS - like 300 kkal)
As far as I know all body organs and tissues renew when you dry fasting.
Have to do 1 day fast then 1 day normal eating. Will try to avoid meat, refined and processed foods etc., incline more towards fruit and veggies.
Go for 10 days this way then do 2 days dry fast and 2 day normal healthy eating alternatively. Do 5 of these, then go to 3/3 step.
Will try to avoid contact with water on fast days. No showers, no teeth brushing, nothing. It is known skin will get a boost and start regenerating during 3+days dry fasting
