Today is my first day changing my eating habits and starting my exercise program. It didn't quit go as I planned. I did really good choosing the correct foods to eat. Instead of exercising I ran my husband his work phone he forgot, the dog had a 10am vet apt. I then had to clean out a very messy laundry room. While we were away one or more wild nocturnal animals found their way into our laundry drawers and cabinets through the dryer vent. I didn't realize the mess until I went to retrieve my reusable grocery bags and what a mess. I had to leave at 1:30 to pick up the boys from school, bring them home, feed them and then take them back for sports at 4-6. It is a 30 min drive both ways. I do plan on walking while they are playing tennis and basketball. Am I making excuses?? I feel discouraged and it is only my first day!!
