Had a blip there. Put back 2kg in 10 days. Couldn't believe it.
Went on a very strick diet for 1 week of only 1000 cals per day. I'm back to 62 kg :D
Keeping this going till 25th. Got a wedding to go to. It's going well. Don't feel week or anything yet. :D
Now if I could get enough sleep, that'd be another story

It's all about eating less calories than you burn. I burn about 1400 per day. So I try to keep it at 1000 or below if I can.
Very small portions. Lots of oolong tea to wash the system.
It's work so far. Since last year I lost 10 lb. Very slowly but it worked. I wasn't 100% strict with the diet. But stuct to it maybe 70% of the time, therefore it took longer.
Last week I was very stricked and lost 2 lbs. So it's all good.
1000 cals per day might seem little, but I don't do anything. I don't work out, I don't have an active lifestyle, so I don't get hungry fast. I have a desk job and the only exercise is taking the stairs for 4 floors each morning. It's not much.
I think if I did exercise and ate only 1000 cals I'd be loosing it really fast.

My weight has been fluctuating a lot since I graduated.
With no activity I went up to 67kg, was getting close to 68kg. Couldn't fit into my clothes and buying new ones when I had no job yet was starting to put a strain on my wallet.
Found a job a year after graduation. Started watching what I ate. Being occupied with work I didn't snack on useless snacks anymore.
Ate very small portions. Really small no meal was ever bigger than 1 or 2 cups. I cut out a lot of salt and sugars from my diet. Drank a lot of oolong tea and water. No more pop, juice or anything sugary.
Gotta say being a stable 63kg now paid off.
I didn't really exercise. It's the small portion eating that helped.
I know people hate calory counting, but I counted average calories just to see if I was going overboard with my eating, not to obsess over it. Knowing that if I ate that chocolate now meant I had no dinner later, made me not eat the chocolate, since I wasn't really hungry to begin with, I was just craving.
Cutting out much of the salt and sugar out of my diet, cut down a lot on the cravings as well.
With summer coming, I hope to get out more and be more active. Gotta reach that 60kg somehow. I will finally be able to fit into those old dresses. It would be a pitty not to wear them again. They were a fortune to begin with.

I want to loose 10 pounds. It doesn't have to be in a month. But soon.
I've done a 3 day very intense diet and lost 4 pounds. From 67kg to 65 kg. The diet kind of naturally shrunk my stomach and now I am full very fast with little food. I am just glad I cleared the 65 mark. I am fluctuating each day between 64-65 kg. So it's great so far. But I need to drop the other 5 kg before the end of the summer or at least not gain more. :D
There are a lot of interesting challenges here so I'll give a few a try.
