I know its a slow loss for me on the scales,but my clothes are fitting better, and I feel much better in my health, not as tired, and sleeping better at night. and I am down 11.7 lbs since Feb 18th ,thats 31 days.and I am happy with that.
I am looking at the distant picture .and thinking how I will look on Feb 20th next year,when I will be going to a big reunion.as I keep on track.and this isnt a diet its a lifestyle to good health and fitter and happier life, because I will be able to be more involved and active with walking and dancing as I get fitter .

Well today is the first day of the rest of my life,and I am feeling happy and positive.My plan for today is as follows.
I had a nice breakfast at 8pm 2 eggs and 2 rashers of bacon.and mug of black tea with splenda.
I will have my strawberry Atkins shake for my snack at 11am. and have my lunch at 1pm of lettuce ,celery.cucumber,and tuna,with a tablespoon of cottage cheese.
3PM 1 mug black tea with splenda 1 hard boiled egg.
5-30PM,I will have 3 chicken drumsticks for Dinner with steamed cabbage ,broccolli.and grean beans.
7-30PM will be a Atkins vanilla shake.
I will drink 8 glasses of water during the day.

Today is the first day of me recording my daily eating menu.
Thursday Feb 18 2010.
6-30am 300mls water.
7-30am 2eggs +15 grms ham + 15grms grated cheese+1 tablespoon cream
to make scrambled egg in microwave.
10am Atkins vanilla shake.
12-30pm 1cup lettuce shredded+combination 1cup of celery,cucumber,shallots with ham+1 boiled egg.
3pm 6 cucumber slices with 15grm hard cheese
6pm chicken breast cooked in garlic butter and 2 tblesp cream.with 3 cups assorted steamed veg(broccolli,cauli,cabbage,greenbeans)
7pm Atkins Vanilla shake.
