First day, so none of this is a surprise.
Very tired today. Could have to do with the fact that I didn't sleep enough last night.
Good news though, cravings have been minimal today. That is unusual for my first day. Gives me hope that if I just keep busy and eat at proper meal times, all will be well!

Date night tonight. Ate Garlic Medallions at Lone Star for dinner with some fried Green Beens, salad and a roll. No nutrition info available. Estimated that it is about 700 calories for the meal.
